I can honestly say they have incredible customer service with swift communication. I grew up coming to Rosemary Beach, and I never seen it looking better than it did from our beautiful flat in the town square. I owe that experience to 30A Luxury Vacations. "We rented a home in Rosemary Beach through 30A Luxury Vacations and saved the VRBO fees. Their communication was fantastic, and we were able to shift our trip up a day for a significantly discounted rate as there was no one using the home immediately before our planned arrival. Communication was clear and access to the home was simple and as indicated. We had a few very minor issues (couldn't access waiver to get the bike codes) that they resolved very quickly, even after hours. We've rented through 30A Luxury Vacations for the last 3 summers and plan to rent through them again next summer."

Plus, we LOVED the beautiful house! In our particular situation, we were evacuated from our home in Miami...with hurricane Irma fast approaching. We needed a home immediately-and it had to be able to accommodate a disabled relative and since we were trying to make a spontaneous vacation out of it, we wanted a very nice home as well. Chris at 30A not only helped us at 11pm the night before arrival, he showed us about 10 different properties to make sure we were very happy. He was constantly available, very kind and showed enormous compassion in a tough time,. Plus, the house was amazing! Bikes were waiting for us, the made s'mores in the garden, the location was phenomenal (see pics!) and Chris and 30A went above and beyond our expectations. Thank you 30A Luxury Vacations!"
