Elizabeth Wells & Carrie Shoaf | 30A Real Estate | Scenic Sotheby's International Realty

"Carrie and Elizabeth helped us purchase a condo on 30A in Santa Rosa Beach. We primarily worked with Elizabeth, she was great to work with. We subsequently sold the condo, in a really tough market she was able to help us get our condo sold. She made the entire process very easy."

"After deciding I was ready to seriously start looking for a condominium, Elizabeth Wells and I crossed paths. How lucky I was to have such an accomplished, knowledgeable, sweet , considerate and very patient realtor guiding me through the process. We met many times to tour many wonderful properties finally deciding to make an offer on a property a few weeks ago. Elizabeth’s guidance made every part of the process seamless. She and her colleagues kept me up to date daily on the details of purchasing. I can’t thank her enough for her time and for making me a very happy vacation home owner."

"Elizabeth was so helpful with the recent purchase of our dream home! Doing this from TN was challenging but she made it so much easier! Can’t recommend her enough! Thank you!!!!"
