Joe Pehanick 30A Beach Realtor

"Joe and his team were a pleasure to work with! Joe was highly professional and responsive, and was exceptional with details and anticipating our questions. He made the home purchase process very simple and stress-free, and his local knowledge and local network/connections was incredibly helpful. Would highly recommend him for anyone looking to invest in property in the 30A area!"

"We have been so thankful to have Joe as our realtor to help us make the transition from PA to FL! Our buying process included a long-distance/mostly virtual purchasing process, a private loan, and a home purchase in which the sellers are renting the home back from us for two months after selling...throughout all of which Joe has remained professional, helpful, and a great liaison between all parties involved. Joe's approach of checking in on us and making sure we had everything we needed was the perfect balance for us...thoughtful and proactive without being overly ambitious or pushy. We would highly recommend Joe for anyone who needs a realtor and will definitely be using his services in the future if we ever need them!"

"Joe and the entire Beasley group delivered on all levels. They were very communicative, knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire process. It was less than a month between introductions and close and we secured a good property at a great price. Thx Joe"
